Delete your account
Enter the email linked to your Capigo account. We’ll send you a confirmation link before deleting anything.
Deleting your Capigo account permanently removes, from our servers, your account record and any remaining AI uses. This works the same way whether you signed in with Google or with an email address and password.
Notes stored on your phone are not affected. They are removed separately on the device — for example by uninstalling the app.
Retained after deletion: records of your completed and refunded purchases, containing the transaction identifier, the package bought, the number of AI uses granted and the account identifier. They exist so that the same purchase cannot be credited or reversed twice, and may be kept longer where accounting or tax rules require it. Unused AI uses from paid packages are forfeited and are not refunded.
